ING Direct – Orange Spirit Award and Years of Service program

We started our P2M® program in March 2009. We chose P2M® because we were able to customize the program and awards to meets the needs of our organization.

We use P2M® to provide service awards to employees who have reached their 5 and 10 years of service.

We also use P2M® for our employee recognition program called the Orange Spirit Award. This is a customized award based on values and principles and it’s awarded to employees that go above and beyond their normal job requirements to make a difference in our organization. Employees nominate fellow employees for this award.

Previously, we had a service awards program in place that was a manual process and now thanks to P2M® this is completely automated.

What I like most about the P2M® program is the ease of administration. I know that I can administer this program with a little help and I can easily receive assistance whenever it’s required.

Our employees like the option to purchase our own ING products through the website. This has been our most popular redemption.

MORNEAU

Morneau Sobeco ­– Years of Service program

We are going into our second year of working with Power2Motivate® to provide our employees with Years of Service awards. I used to do it manually all myself. That was a lot of work. P2M® has really eased my workload.

We provide rewards for five years of service and up with a recognition, point-based program. We based our P2M® program on what we were originally rewarding to our employees, and converted the dollar value of our existing program into the P2M® points-based reward system. It was simple.

The other nice thing with this program is that if our employees are short a few points to get the reward they want, they can go online and purchase the extra points they need from Carlton Group. Our employees like that.

With our previous program, we used to get a lot of complaints before that there weren’t enough choices. P2M® has such a large selection, we’re not hearing that anymore.

Carlton Group, the company that developed P2M®, has been excellent to deal with and very accommodating for all my special requests. Overall, it has been a great employee anniversary program and the majority of our employees are very happy with it.
